932324 - Content rating is missing on accessing the app details page from the Games category page

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/penguin-pop/edit
2. Notice that the app has Generic 13+ rating
3. With region = Germany, load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/penguin-pop?src=games-popular
4. Now load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/penguin-pop/

expected behavior:
Content rating is listed on the details page for all public games in Germany

observed behavior:
Content rating doesn't show up when accessing the game from the categories page but does show up upon clicking 'View Listing' link from devhub/zamboni.

cvan fixed this with reindexing.  we'll do that in prod when we push so shouldn't have a problem there.  Thanks.

This behavior is being reported from prod-

(from a dev via email)  "1. Using browser goto https://marketplace.firefox.com/ 2. Enter search term "Oliver" 3. Both apps got age rated. Now select one of the app icons to see application details. ** this does not show the age rating information at that point now. ** 4. Simple refresh/reload of the page results in showing the missing age rating information now."

The apps after search in step 2. currently are CBreaker4.6 and Euler Square. Both owning age ratings already. Just FYI and ease of reproduction of the issue.

Will need to reindex. To fix, re-get content ratings and it should refresh the ratings on the search page.
