I saw this on the puppet runs:
/Stage[main]/Screenresolution/Exec[set-resolution]/returns (err): change from notrun to 0 failed: /usr/local/bin/screenresolution set 1600x1200x32 returned 1 instead of one of [0]

I can't VNC.

After restarting the machine,checked that the screen the resolution is showing 1600X1200 (which is the correct setting), you are now be able to VNC. Please reopen if any other issues arise.
