So, per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=923100#c11 the machine failed the nVidia graphics card driver install. We can't put a talos machine into production in this state, so please investigate and fix, replacing the card if necessary.

suspect bad video card in system as we're unable to install the drivers. spoke with finney and we're picking up a box of replacement low profile video cards from iX tomorrow afternoon and will swap out ASAP.
The video card has been replaced and now it's reimaging.
