Details

The settings app currently retrieves the value of 'icc.applications' property in updateStkMenu when it launches the first time. As a result of this, when the STK proactive command comes after the user has launched the Settings App, the STK menu is not shown and user has to kill the settings app and re-launch it to see the menu. The correct behavior for settings app would be to listen for any changes in 'icc.applications' and update the STK menu whenever something changes (i.e. when the stk proactive command arrives).
