Steps to reproduce:

Open CSS editor or Debugger from developers tools.


Actual results:

Horizontal scroll does not work, neither scrollbar nor scroll with trackpad. If you try to scroll with trakpad two finger gesture, it goes backward of forward in your history instead of scrolling.


Expected results:

Scroll should have worked.
Related to Mavericks and dupe of bug 927702, I think.

I'm able to reproduce this in Firefox 25 and it doesn't seem related to bug 927702. Will look for a regression range.
