What did you do?
================
1. Start to edit an MDN page
2. Scroll down such that the editing toolbar stops scrolling with the page (remains docked at the top).
3. Shrink your browser window horizontally.

What happened?
==============
Each icon on the editing toolbar (h2-h6, pre, bold, italic, etc.) spray across the left side of the screen. The toolbar, itself, seems to disappear (it might be returning to the top of the WYSIWYG editor without its icons???).

What should have happened?
==========================
Icons should have remained in the toolbar. Toolbar should have resized properly and remained attached to the top of the screen.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
Workaround solution: Scroll the main page upwards, above the editor, and the toolbar will properly regenerate.
