unlike other panels, status panels don't get the normal browser context menu

I managed to reproduce the issue on Fx 27.0.1 (Build ID: 20140212131424) [1], where the status panel indeed doesn't have a context menu available.
I've used Shane's Demo Social Service [2] to verify this, so I assume that the "status panel" in question is in fact the panel displayed on "Test Ambient" button press (the panel containing the header "This window shows some status information"). Please confirm.

per the target flag, this was fixed in fx28
