This mostly interesting to me at this moment because it means there's not an easy place to add/access debugging inspection items...

I managed to reproduce the issue on Fx 27.0.1 (Build ID: 20140212131424) [1], where the status panel indeed doesn't have a context menu available. I've used Shane's Demo Social Service [2] to verify this, so I assume that the "status panel" in question is in fact the panel displayed on "Test Ambient" button press (the panel containing the header "This window shows some status information"). Please confirm. [1] Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 [2] http://mixedpuppy.github.io/socialapi-demo/
