In a directory where I'd done a full build before, I edited js/src/moz.build and it didn't seem to pick up the changes when I did ./mach build or ./mach build binaries at the top level.  I then renamed moz.build to something else, and the build system didn't seem to notice either.  Only after I clobbered did the build system notice the file was missing.
Which Mercurial changeset?

We have code that deals with this. It was recently touched by bug 862770.

Well, I already clobbered so I can't actually try again...
Fixed in inbound.
