Description:
FM Radio audio on device can be heard briefly after the user answers an incoming phone call on same device. This audio can be heard between when the user taps the "accept call" button and the "active call" screen loads. The audio can only be heard for less than 1 second.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Com BuildID: 20131111004004
2) Launch the FM Radio app
3) Begin listening to radio station
4) Make a call to the test device from another device
5) Tap the "accept call" button to answer the call

Actual:
The Radio audio can be heard for a quick moment after tapping the "accept call" button but before the "active call" screen loads.

Expected:
The Radio audio cannot be heard at all from the first ring to the end of the phone call.

Although this is a "regression" it is relatively minor and doesn't seem like a blocker at this stage.

Yeah, thinking about it again, that's probably true. We might clean this regression up though eventually.

I get the same behaviour when listening to an audio preview in the Audioteka app on 1.3. If the test device receives a call while the audio preview is playing, the ringtone and app audio play simultaneously for about a second then the app audio pauses and the ringtone plays by itself.
