Steps to reproduce:

Import a .vcf file containing contacts with "PHOTO" fields containing embedded JPEG images. 


Actual results:

Photos are not imported. 


Expected results:

Contact should still have photo associated.
We use the same backed as Thunderbird so I'm going to DUPlicate this to Bug 664424
