Details

For all sentences containing the string "SIM", we should replace "SIM" with:
"UIM" on CDMA only devices,
"SIM/UIM" on CDMA/GSM dual mode devices.

Note that there are two scenarios:
1. The ICC card is not inserted. ex: "No SIM card", "Please, insert a SIM card to continue" ...etc
   In this scenario, we need to check '/resources/network.json' for the supported network modes.
2. The ICC card is inserted. ex: "Enter SIM PIN"
   We are able to get ICCType from iccinfo.
