I am working on the Firefox OS translation to Bulgarian - bug933702 , bug937049 , bug937269
I need an account so I can commit and support the translations for this project.
Already have an LDAP/SNV account and a signed committer's agreement.

I'm the Bulgarian l10n owner and I vouch for giving l10n commit access to Lyubomir Popov. He's translations are very good and he's very active member of our community :-)
