937558 - Need new Venkman and Chatzilla branches

This is a reminder for Bug 926279 that we need new Chatzilla and Venkman branches for comm-aurora to check in the branch patches from Bug 926279. If it's easier for management, the patches can probably also land on comm-beta without problems.

Ian took care of this with these commands:
hg clone http://hg.mozilla.org/venkman -r 06938db4dffc venkman_2_24
cd venkman_2_24
hg branch SEA2_24_RELBRANCH
hg commit -m "No Bug - Created SeaMonkey 2.24 relbranch"
hg push --new-branch
