Add way to make make a "not now" button in the initial info panel - clicking that will make the tour automatically open again at a later date.
Could probably do this easiest with a magic callback ID. Have the page specify something like "mozUITour-reschedule-updatetour" as the callback ID for a button. UItour.jsm sees that, and handles it itself, rather than delegating back to the page.

Do we need this for v1? If so, this needs to happen this week, including the strings...
Thanks to the beauty of UITour, the webpage specifies all strings :) So no strings needed for Firefox. Will try to see if I can get to it this week, but no strings means there's no hard deadline.

See bug 935823 comment 1 for some of the logic. We're going to prioritize bug 966933 and have the webpage point the user to the help menu to re-open the tour as the minimal viable fix since it's getting late in Aurora.
