User Story:
As Mozilla, I want to remove the Bookmark tab and the ability to set Browser bookmarks from the Browser app to support the concept of the Browser being part of the system rather than a stand alone app.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. The Browser app no longer displays a bookmarks tab.
2. When I press the bookmark button in the Browser, the default action is to add the bookmark to my homescreen.
3. Runtime customization of Browser bookmarks now add bookmarks to the homescreen instead of in the Browser.
