This is similar to bug 938310, but not quite as bad. shu found that the Tilt devtool tests use a fair amount of memory, peaking at around 1.1 gigs of RSS on Linux 64. This may not be the cause of the memory problems causing the closure, but it seems related. The attachment contains the RSS after each tests. shu took a complete about:memory log at each point, so he should be able to get you a more detailed breakdown if that is useful, though I think for many of these a large segment of it is heap-unclassified.
Marking this as a dupe of 938310, like bug 937726 was.
