This is a request to exten the font downloading feature to XP and 2000. Jaime 
will create a more detailed spec if needed.

currently, the MS font packages are not working for Win XP/2K. 
Unless someone can give me a font that I can legally build a packge and 
distribute, we won't make this one. (I need beef to cook a stack)

what a hack. I have not touch mozilla code for 2 years. I didn't read these bugs
for 2 years. And they are still there. Just close them as won't fix to clean up.

bug 352049 killed the font download dialog, marking all bugs about it wontfix.
