Summary:  Incredibly long subjects hork message pane's scrollbars, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

(Bear with me, this is not likely to happen at all in the real world):

1.  Visit news://news.mozilla.org/netscape.test
2.  View my postings (from [e-mail]) with a subject of a really long
string of "aaa".

Expected Results:

Message header area wraps, leaving scrollbars and columns intact.

Actual Results:

We don't wrap well, instead losing scrollbars and column pickers.

This bug seems to have reappeared on 0.9.9 Build 2002041209

Steps to reproduce.

1. Send yourself a email which a long GECOS field, e.g.
     very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very
very long <name@domain>

2. Open your sidebar folder pane
3. Click on the message with the long GECOS field
4. Scrollbars on message list and message content panes disappear. !!!
