This is the very last blocker for 934418 with the other eight having all been fixed. Do you guys think you could take a look at this given how close it is? :-)
There's a lot of work that I'm still planning to do in this area, but I've temporarily switched to working on media decoding stuff - I'll get back to it in a month or two, hopefully.
Ok, thanks for the update. Eddy helped me debug a problem last year where fixing this would be an enormous help, so I'll probably ping the thread again in another month or two to check in ;-) Thanks again!

I think we basically want to do bug 981187. Terrence is currently working on this stuff part-time. I'm still doing media things for now.
