The Manifesto text changes have been approved and are here:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Manifesto/1.0_Comparisons. (See Summary section).
In Bug 876814, we have requested that the text be in Mozilla code base. Once that is done, I believe this bug can be started.
L10n request form is here: (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Manifesto1.0)
Let me know if I missed anything or filed anything incorrectly.
Please note that there is a separate, but related Twitter version, which is Bug 940572 - Twitter English "translation" of the Manifesto. It will need the same elements of conversion to Mozilla code base and localization.

Correction - Twitter version is currently in English. May want to consider other languages in the future. Twitter version will not currently need localization.

Targeting to begin implementation in early December. Will know more once wireframes and design are approved.

The Manifesto page was localized in 32 locales. The l10n team is targeting 40, but OK to close this bug.
