STR: create a web page with <form action="whatever"><input type="file"></form> or similar. Touching the "Browse..." button, once it's zoomed in enough to be legible, has no result other than showing the dotted rectangle indicating it has focus. (The same HTML, on Desktop, causes a file selector to appear.) Judging by bug 832923, this worked at some point, but it seems to be broken on m-c at the moment, apparently without being caught by our tests.
