The popup calendar doesn't pop up.  This is pure JavaScript/DHTML. It works on
IE and should work with Mozilla/Netscape.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Went to url
2. Selected [Choose One] hyperlink

Actual Results:  Error at bottom or page

Expected Results:  Calendar to pop up
As noted at the bottom of their pages, only certain scripts work with NS6 
(Moz), because their browser-sniffing is rather simple-minded (document.all vs. 
document.layers, neither of which are standard or supported by us).  Over to 
Evangelism.
