This looks like a exception being fired from the Settings API when trying to get a lock:

Looks like this has been around for a while.

This is 100% reproducible on emulator builds. I'll see if I can get a regression range.

There are no nightly emulator builds and the tinderbox builds only go back a couple of days. I'll have a look into doing local builds to establish the regression range.
FxOS/Gonk has been removed from the codebase. Mass-invalidating FxOS related Device Interface bugs to clean up the component. 

If I incorrectly invalidated something, please let me know.
