Details

The "Unknown CA" dialog was recently changed (see bug 91466) however the help
file still describes the old fialog.

Reproducible: always
To reproduce:
1) Go to some self-signed secure site.
2) When "unknown CA" dialog pops up, press Help.

Expected: the help window describes the actual dialog
Actual: the help window describes the dialog that existed before bug 91446.
