Description

User Story:
As a user I want a killed window to reload when I select it so that I can view the content I had open before it was killed

Acceptance Criteria:
1. If I select a window that has crashed, the page that I was viewing prior to the crash is reloaded.

Assumptions:
1. UX to define flow around window crashing yet continuing to display in windows view.

I'm going to close this based on the fact that it will be handled by the Task Manager.
