Steps to reproduce:
set taobao.com as third part cookie expetion .
If not,we will cannot login www.tmall.com
turn on firefox sync
Actual results:
these expetions will not be sync,which is annoyed when I use two PCs
Expected results:
sync these exceptions as chrome.
