There seems to be no way to find out the URLs of the entries of the History subview.
* Hovering only highlights the item.
* Right-clicking activates the item.

We should set the Title + URL of the history item as the tooltip. This would match the current behavior of the menubar's History menu.

While this somewhat works, when hovering over an history item from the Menu Panel->History the list History list jumps, and/or the highlighted item will drop to the next item down, and no URL is displayed, its very touch-and-go getting a selected History item to display the URL due the history list jumping down.

Tested on latest hourly build m-c cset:

win7 x64 win32 build.

Please file a new bug and mark it as blocking this one. Tracking multiple patches in a single bug gets ugly over time.

Verified fixed on Windows 7 64bit, Mac OS X 10.9 and Ubuntu 12.04 using:
- Firefox 29 beta 1 (build ID: 20140318013849)
- Latest Aurora (build ID: 20140320004001).

Also verified on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 device running Windows 8.1 64bit.
