In metrofx the positioning of these elements lag behind content when scrolling. Desktop doesn't exhibit the issue.

Also note you can't reproduce with wheel scroll, only touch.

Is this a recent regression? I thought this was working correctly until recently.

The last good mozilla-central nightly was from 2013-11-18. The first bad nightly was 2013-11-19. The nightly regression range is:

Maybe a regression from bug 937185.

My guess would be bug 919144. I'll do some backouts to test.

Yes, I think you're right. This looks like probably a duplicate of bug 941050.

Didn't have any luck on this, the build resulted in multiple failures in display list. Tried backing out both bug 919144 and bug 939607.
