Details
If the app shuts down while an XPI is being asynchronously extracted, we throw an error and likely leave things in a bad state. We should handle that better. Something like: * Detect shutdown (before OS.File becomes unusable?) * Stop extraction * Revert install back to a state we can recover from on next startup (ie, don't break anything, and don't lose any data).
