Sunny, a couple of questions:
- does it happen only once you reached the end of the page?
- do you see a grey background appearing when you scroll down?
- does it happen only with this link (which appears to be 404)
- can you scroll other tabs after that?
- can you scroll other windows after that?

It's happening whenever the top or bottom of any page is hit while scrolling
> - do you see a grey background appearing when you scroll down?
No, this happens just before the grey background is supposed to appear.
> - does it happen only with this link (which appears to be 404)
I have updated the link, but I found out that it's reproducible on every page.
> - can you scroll other tabs after that?
I can no longer scroll the tabs horizontally, but tab switching works fine.
> - can you scroll other windows after that?
No, two-finger scrolling stops in the whole browser. But still works in other apps.
When the top or bottom edge of page is touched, while scrolling (two-finger), the side scroll bar which appears while scrolling hides and the page appears to be zoomed a bit.
Arrow keys and Page up & down still work for scrolling up and down.

Sunny also mentioned on IRC that the page was "zooming" (pages used to get pixalized right before before showing this page background on swipe).
I guess this is most likely due to something going wrong when we show the grey background on mac.

This also happens on horizontal swipes to go back and forward as well. So, as Paul mentioned, something going wrong when we show the grey background.

I've noticed pixelation of the text during scrolling but once the scroll is complete, the text stabilizes.
Unable to reproduce the issue with the scrolling, seems to be working fine for me on Firefox Nightly UX 28.0a1 (2013-11-19), Mac OS X Mavericks.

Could be related to bug 927702.
If you're able to reproduce reliably, could you run mozregression to find a regression range? Also try with a new profile. Anything else about your configuration that may be different? Addons?

Sorry, Paul. Didn't realize you've mentioned this already.

Pretty strange, today I can't reproduce the problem. I am using the same build.
Also, after updating m-c and rebuilding, still can't reproduce it.

Oh no, after using the browser for a couple of hours it is happening again. And it's consistent again.
Can't get rid of it :(
