With no contacts stored on device, user attempt to add a contact repeatedly causes the screen to display awkwardly - a message stating 'Cannot add to contact as your contact list is empty' with an OK button and a keyboard popup at the bottom  

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to COM BuildID: 20131126004001
2) Tap SMS app
3) Tap pencil icon in upper right
4) Tap (+) icon in upper right 
5) Tap OK on screen displaying Cannot add to contact as your contact list is empty
6) Tap (+) icon in upper right

Actual:
'Cannot add to contact as your contact list is empty' message displays with OK button beneath message. Below OK button is the pop-up keyboard.

Expected:
'Cannot add to contact as your contact list is empty' message displays with OK button beneath message. No Keyboard pop up appears.

Repro frequency: 20/30 (66.67%)

Other notes: 
1. Reproduced behavior with battery at 65% charged and not connected to power source, reproduced behavior with battery at 5% charged and connected to power source. 
2. Reproduced behavior with English keyboard as the only keyboard selected in Settings as well as reproduced behavior with Spanish keyboard as the only keyboard selected in Settings. Multiple selection of language keyboards (English, Portuguese-Brazil, Spanish) in Settings demonstrated similar behavior with English keyboard popup displaying when actual results occur.
3. Reproduced behavior with SMS app as the only app active on device as well as reproduced with multiple apps (Contacts, Dialer, FM Radio) open simultaneously.

Note - that was only fixed on 1.3, not 1.2.
