This appears to be the new hotspot for leaking two windows until shutdown. My theory is that before bug 941787 was fixed, these xpinstall tests leaked things in the focus manager, but were displaced by the debugger tests, and now that the other test is fixed, nothing displaces them. I have no idea if that's really true, and it seems weird that these are almost all Win8 debug, whereas before they were OSX 10.8 opt.

Bug 942047 doesn't seem related, and bug 943788 barely does, in that it mentions extensions, but I thought I'd let them come along for the ride.
