The reimage process did not complete successfully. Errors were found.

"Failed to run the action: Set Administrator Password." 

"Failed to run the action: Improve performance reg 2."

Error messaging we're getting when trying to reimage with rev2

I will take a look into this machine this morning.

This machines appears to be good now. It was in the incorrect OU which may have caused the above mentioned errors. Moved to the correct OU, and it appears that the install completed.
