Looks like this tegra is MIA. I am told it is probably physically with whoever last loaned it. I can't see any info of loan history. coop, do you know who we can contact to track this, tegra-122, and tegra-123 down? I added info in devices.json a while back commenting they are lost on loan. closing bug 999930 and will track this bug's state here.

Jordan: we have access to inventory and can see this info too: https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/show/4652/ The user in question is bmoss. Let's not look into this too closely, given that we're retiring tegras soon. Most of the tegras sent to devs have been deemed unfit for production anyway. We (or more likely DCOps) can do a batch mail to all devs who still have tegras (mostly A-Team) when we decommission them all. I've disabled these 3 tegras in slavealloc and updated their notes to indicate they have been loaned to devs. We should focus our limited buildduty resources on devices already in production.

OK, wasn't sure if it was easier to find and enable three tegras compared to fixing existing broken ones. Sounds like the latter should be the focus. ty for the info. I wanted to close the loop on 999930.
