looks like a dev still owns this tegra. inventory still shows it at mtv1 so wasnt moved to scl3 by dcops.

Looks like this tegra is MIA. I am told it is probably physically with whoever last loaned it. I can't see any info of loan history. tegra-122 and tegra-123 are in a similar state

I added info in devices.json a while back commenting they are lost on loan.
