Issue:
Music played intermittently through speaker(but headphone is plugged and adjust volume to 0)
when "Video" app is up and loading videos.

1. Load lots videos & music on device, so the "Video" will need longer time to search later.
2. Perform a reset, "Settings" -> "Device Information" -> "More Information" -> "Reset phone".
3. Turn on device, open "Music", and play a song.
4. Plug in a headphone, icon appears on the top right, and music played through headphone.
5. Return to home, music continues to play, "Play" icon appears on the top right.
6. Tap "Video".
7. Video tries to search for videos on devices, "blue progress bar" appears on the top.
8. (ISSUE) Music played through speaker and headphone by turn.
9. Adjust volume to 0, symptom still exists. 

Must have step 7 to invoke step 8.
File format should not be an issue.

it is a bug, change it to 1.3+

I'm unsure why this would be 1.3 blocker specifically, as I don't recall work happening for flatfish on any branch other than trunk. Renominating for more discussion.

in media triage session for 1.3 release, we are not looking into flatfish bugs for triage. Francis, would be great if you can move non-blocking and bugs that will not be addressed in 1.3 out to the relevant buckets for future triage
