The working trees are using
blobuploader==1.0b

On pine I see 
10:58:03     INFO -    Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement blobuploader==1.0.1b (from versions: )
10:58:03     INFO -  No distributions matching the version for blobuploader==1.0.1b
10:58:03     INFO -  Storing complete log in C:\Documents and Settings\cltbld.T-XP32-IX-080\Application Data\pip\pip.log
10:58:03    ERROR - Return code: 1
10:58:03    FATAL - Unable to install blobuploader==1.0.1b!
10:58:03    FATAL - Running post_fatal callback...
10:58:03    FATAL - Exiting -1

Looks like this got uploaded to the old location using the doc

I did 
 https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering:Buildduty:Other_Duties#Python_packages
and 1.0.1b is visible at 
 http://pypi.pub.build.mozilla.org/pub/blobuploader-1.0.1b.tar.gz
now.
