In Bug 936756 we allowed Firefox to use a different locale than the system locale. Skia doesn't respect our choices, however:

11-25 16:39:55.619 D/skia    (30947): new locale es-Latn-US


We need to ensure that this isn't a problem, and if it is, we need to find a way to impose our locale on skia.
We have completed our launch of our new Firefox on Android. The development of the new versions use GitHub for issue tracking.
