Highest priority is migrating from the last ESR17 build. Would love to have more snippets though, as usual. I leave final decision up to RelEng.
Rail is working on this in bug 944700. AIUI, these will happen as part of the normal release builds.

I'm going to assume we will sim-ship 17.0.x -> 24.2.0 with 24.y.z -> 24.2.0. In which case we don't need a separate bug for this.
