in language selection screen select arabic
**EXPECTED**
1) text will switch from left justification to right justification
2) check will switch from right justification to left justification
**ACTUAL**
1) text switches from left justification to right justification
2) check remains right justified and so overlays text

I don't think we'll have any shipping locales with Arabic using koi, though we should fix it. Adding to backlog for 1.4.
