Details |
The native listbox control (nsListBox) and interface (nsIListBox) are unused and
should be removed from the tree. The nsIListWidget interface can also be removed.

This patch also removes some remaining cruft in nsSetupRegistry.cpp (registering
things that are now in components) and nsWidgetsCID.h.
Tested on Linux and Windows.

bryner says he's not going to check in the skid-mark changes in widget/src/gtk,
and the rest looks good to me.
