There are several native widgets under widget/src that are either:

1. not built, but still in the tree, or
2. built, but not used anywhere

I already removed the native combobox which was in category (1), this bug is for
removal of the now-unused interfaces and the remaining unused widgets.

Uh, please correct me if I'm mistaken, but I thought I should point out while
we're at it that the Xlib version of nsComboBox did not get removed along with
the others. :-)  Can this still be done, or is it too late?
