Steps to reproduce:
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/24.0
Build ID: 20130913150408

1. Add custom Tag to message in IMAP INBOX
2. Immediately move message to another IMAP folder on same server
Actual results:
The message in new destination has no tag.
In case there is some delay (say half a minute) between applying the tag and moving the message, the tag is preserved on new destinantion.
Expected results:
Tag must be preserved
