Need to think about how to handle the control UI when user switch applications. 

On mobile: Currently if user close Firefox on Android and reopen it, the control bar disappears and user can't control the video from mobile. We should show the control bar when user reopen the same Firefox that initiate the casting, if the video is still playing. 

On Ruku: if user somehow closes Firefox Roku app while casting, the control bar should go away since there's no video to control. But we can show a feedback message on phone saying "Casting stopped" for 2 seconds.
