All testruns against windows nodes with Nightly 28.0.1. We tried to install/unzip firefox but it throws "System Error: The program can't start because pgort100.DLL is missing from yout computer."

Tested on Mac and Linux and so far we only had this problem with Windows builds.

This should most likely be a blocker if that is really a regression since yesterdays Nightly build.
