a push to central broke pgo builds and also nightlies
bad rev -> https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?rev=0204febd3146

and i retriggered the nightlies in 
good rev -> https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/9f12a9fab080

can we disable the windows update till the good rev nightlies are out
I did this by sending nightly Windows users back to yesterday's build. We'll revert that when we're ready.
I reverted by change, Windows users are getting 20131209053402 now.
