User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; Trident/6.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; InfoPath.3)

Steps to reproduce:

Started Nightly.

Actual results:

Nightly downloaded a new update and installed when I launched re-launched my browser after acquiring a sandwich from the local Safeway. SysError screenshot is attached. Apparently some PGO switch was enabled on XPCom, which now requires pgort100.dll on new nightly installations.

Expected results:

Nightly should have launched, and maybe prompted me to update.
Yes, this is very unfortunate and we're very sorry. :-(

The original problem and its fix are discussed further in bug 947916. If you download a new nightly build from e.g. http://nightly.mozilla.org/ the problem should go away, as far as I understand.
