948970 - add nagios check for unhandled bugs in Release Engineering: Loan Requests

Is it possible to get a nagios check similar to IT's blocker bug check added for Release Engineering: Loan Requests? We currently use the following query to look for requests by hand:

The key parts of this are:
    Component: Loan Requests
    Product: Release Engineering
    Resolution: ---

Alerts with default SLAs for major (24h), critical(20h) and blocker(0h) bugs.

Whoops, I'm sorry - my comment about "similar to IT's blocker bug check" is clearly confusing in retrospect.

What we're hoping for is a check that will alert when any bug in that component (regardless of severity) is unassigned for more than 24h.

No worries. The updated check from Bug 961943 will be pushed out during this week's BMO push.
