Details

We're expected to respond to incoming things in these queues quite quickly (during business hours). We should have nagios alert us about these, so humans don't have to poll.
bhearsum, should this bug be in an IT component? I believe we also have bz whining but I don't know how those work.
I filed it here because we haven't really talked about it yet. We should probably bring it up at Tuesday's meeting...
