948997 - repurpose the last three bld-linux64-ix builders from mtv1 as 2008R2 builders in scl3

We have 3 linux64 builders in mtv1 that need to be relocated to scl3 before mtv1 closes.  After Jan 11th, these will be the only releng machines in mtv1.

They will need a hardware upgrade, renaming, and reinstalling.  Note I have assumed that they will all be build hosts, NOT try hosts.  If they will be designated as try hosts, they will need to be placed into the try vlan instead.

bld-linux64-ix-051 -> b-linux64-ix-051.build.releng.scl3.mozilla.com
bld-linux64-ix-052 -> b-linux64-ix-052.build.releng.scl3.mozilla.com
bld-linux64-ix-053 -> b-linux64-ix-053.build.releng.scl3.mozilla.com

Armen, please clear needinfo when we're ready to proceed with this move (if timing on availability is important, it will require coordinating closely with dcops).

I've disabled these machines on slavealloc.
We should be able to move them once they finish the jobs they are running.

I will re-assign the bug once we're ready.

FYI, I doubt dcops will be ready to do this before next year, so there's no rush to disable them right now.

A general question I had about these machines... Do we want to keep them as linux builders, or do we want to repurpose them as windows builders like we did with the other iX machines we took out of mtv1?

Now that the tegra move is over, I'd like to pick a date to schedule the upgrades/moves for them.

Okay, speaking to armen, the desire is to repurpose these as windows builders as well.  So changing the subject and purpose of the bug.

dcops, please upgrade the hardware on the following machines, move and trunk them to scl3 VLAN236 (winbuild) https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/core/vlan/139/
and install them as 2008r2 rev2 machines (ignore the naming in the original bug description):

I marked bld-linux64-ix-051 through 053 as decomm in slavealloc and removed them from buildbot-configs.
